International investment law is facing many new issues, ranging from investment law and sustainable development (e.g., renewable energy, environment governance) to cultural heritage issues in investment arbitration.
This year's young scholars Dr Dominik Moskvan (University of Antwerp), Dr Chen Yu (National University of Singapore), and Dr Ying Zhu (Renmin University of China Law School) joined Professor Heng Wang (UNSW Law & Justice) and Dr Jonathan Bonnitcha (UNSW Law & Justice) to explore the crucial issues surrounding changes in international economic law including digitalisation, sustainability and beyond.
