2021年度清华大学－新南威尔士大学国际商法和国际经济法联合研究中心会议以在线形式顺利召开。本届JCICEL会议深受业界好评，吸引了多名来自学术界、实业界和国际清算银行的演讲嘉宾，并有超过510名来自33个国家的与会者。

首届JCICEL大会圆满举行专家讨论技术监管法律问题

随着技术的发展，科技已成为现代生活中十分重要的一部分，对其监管却尚未完善。在2020年9月21日举行的首届清华大学－新南威尔士大学国际商法和国际经济法联合研究中心（JCICEL）大会上，诸多学者就“法律与技术：国际监管” 这一主题展开了丰富的讨论，为参会的学者、实务人员和广大观众提供了不少思路。

Professor Heng Wang and Associate Professor Simin Gao were working on improving a paper titled “The Future of the International Monetary System: A CBDC Network and Regulatory Outlook” which was based on the Tsinghua-UNSW collaborative research seed grant.
