China International Business and Economic Law (CIBEL) Centre’s member Dr Weihuan Zhou recently shared his opinion on “the misconceptions about China's WTO compliance untenable” on the CGTN.
In this article co-authored by Dr Zhou, the team pointed out three widespread misconceptions that accused China did not put enough efforts on complying with WTO rulings and WTO’s dispute settlement mechanism (DSM). Then they vindicated China had done sufficient efforts on adopting and conforming WTO rulings by giving evidence.
