Opinion: WTO decision reflects failure of U.S. trade protectionism

Herbert Smith Freehills CIBEL Centre member Dr Weihuan Zhou recently published an opinion piece on CGTN commenting on the unprecedented decision of WTO on the Russia — Traffic in Transit dispute, which was made on 5 April.

Dr Zhou noted that the WTO decision reflects failure of U.S. trade protectionism and fills the vacuum in the WTO jurisprudence on security exceptions.
